Burns Patterson launched HudsonPR in 2014 after nearly 10 years at Middleton & Gendron Brand Communications in New York City, where he served as Chief Operating Officer. His career has included roles as Director of Public Relations, Sports Properties for Madison Square Garden – the “Worlds Most Famous Arena” – as well as management positions in government and community affairs at Cablevision Systems Corporation and Historic Hudson Valley.
A native New Yorker with a passion for his hometown, Burns has based HudsonPR in New York City and Tarrytown and named the practice for the river that has been a touchstone throughout his life.
